The DDR Facilitative Coaching Programme
 

The DDR Facilitative Coaching Programme is a one-to-one leadership experience designed for founders, executives, senior leaders and managers navigating complexity, to ensure that the value of your time is maximised .

Following an initial 30 minute session to explore the purpose and expectations in commissioning the programme, it is split into 6 fortnightly sessions lasting 2 hours per session. Sessions have section dedicated to themes, with time to discuss progress from previous sessions. There are then opportunities for further focused 1:1 coaching sessions should they be required, usually offered at 30 / 60 / 90 day increments.

Effectively managing up, down and sideways.

5. Sustainable Pacing

Building longevity through resilience, habit forming and focus.

6. Review & Looking Ahead
