About DDR Consulting

I'm Denis Repard, and DDR is a company with a defined purpose, but 90% of the delivery is me. That’s intentional. Over the past 15 years, I’ve held senior roles across healthcare organisations ranging from billion-pound providers to leading a multi-million pound SME to record revenues, profits, and multiple national awards as CEO.

Although my roots are in strategy, project management, leadership, and operational finance, curiosity better defines my real roots. Across those 15 years, I earned countless promotions that exposed me to every part of a business, from frontline operations to  board-level governance. So while I have defined areas of specialism and qualification, I’m also an unapologetic generalist. That perspective has allowed me to make confident, holistic decisions, understanding a business's tension points from several angles.

What led me into consulting wasn’t a career pivot, it was momentum born from curiosity. Whilst leading within the businesses I was contracted to, I often found myself helping others, typically SMEs, sometimes larger corporates — streamline processes, shape strategy, create data driven visibility and unofficially coach those within.  The common theme? A need to buy time and build clarity. What began as informal support consistently led to, I am reliably told, tangible results. That’s when I saw the opportunity to bring this thinking to a broader audience. So I started DDR.

The services DDR offers — Business Architecture Services and Facilitative Coaching —are the same capabilities that have defined my own success. I’ve created operational models that delivered £27+ million in annual savings, implemented and integrated SaaS solutions at scale, introduced tailored OKRs, built high-performing teams, coached individuals to be recognised at the highest levels and restructured organisations from the inside out. 

DDR Consulting was raised in Healthcare, where a person-centred approach is the name of the game, but the purpose behind it has proven just as impactful in other industries, including media, logistics and technology. Indeed, in the fast-developing age of AI, the overlap between structure and people is only growing, and DDR is perfectly placed to help navigate these changes.
